Flexible Benefits

College Illinois! prepaid tuition is flexible and adapts to whatever life needs. 

The account owner can change the beneficiary and transfer unused benefits to another member of the beneficiary's family, as defined by the Internal Revenue Service to include virtually any relative of the designated beneficiary.   

A new account owner can be designated (although the account cannot be sold or pledged as collateral for a debt) and by naming a successor purchaser, ownership can transfer if the account owner dies.
