March 12 e-Message announces registration is now open for spring PaCE Framework trainings. Full-day training will take place at Waubonsee Community College on Tuesday, April 8 and at Sauk Valley Community College on Friday, May 2. A half-day training will be held at Elgin Community College on Wednesday, April 16.

March 12 e-Message announces a reduction factor to the FY26 MAP Start-Up Formula. The Start-Up formula will be adjusted to remain at the current FY25 level, maintaining the FY25 4 percent reduction factor. The Start-Up Formula will be implemented in the GAP Access portal, beginning after 4 pm Friday, March 14. The GAP Access system and Student Portal will be unavailable while the updates are made.

February 26 e-Message announces three new security measures for the GAP Access portal. The new procedures include users changing their password every 30 days, locking individual user accounts after 60 days of inactivity, and an annual user agreement. Measures have been put in place in order to ensure the protection and integrity of student records.
